Nafasi
Majukumu ya kazi:
1. Brand strategy: according to LBank's brand positioning and market demand, develop and implement brand promotion programs to enhance brand awareness and influence.
2. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis and market research to gain insight into industry trends and user needs, and develop brand strategy and marketing plans.
3. Content Output: Independently write brand promotion programs, PPTs, marketing activity plans and review reports to ensure that the project objectives are clear and the execution is strong.
4. Project Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation and optimization of branding projects, and ensure the completion of tasks on time and in quality.
5. Industry Insight: Focus on industry dynamics, in-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and exchange ecosystems, and unique insights into brand marketing to ensure that LBank's brand tone matches the market demand.
6. Cross-sector collaboration: work closely with marketing, product, design and other teams to ensure consistency of branding activities and unity of brand image.
 
Mahitaji ya kazi:
1. Industry experience: 3+ years of brand management experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related fields, with background in digital asset exchanges preferred.
2. Data ability: strong data analysis ability, able to gain insights into user behavior and market trends through data, and accurately formulate brand strategies.
3. Copywriting and proposal ability: excellent writing skills and proposal writing ability, able to independently complete PPT and promotion programs.
4. Flexible thinking: unique insights and creative ideas on brand promotion and user needs, but with a gentle personality to adapt to the team atmosphere, with good communication and collaboration skills.
5. Result-oriented: Responsible, strong execution, able to promote the project and continuously optimize the brand strategy in a result-oriented manner.
6. Fluent in Chinese and English
