WUT, or Walk Up Token, is a governance token within the Walk Up ecosystem. It is a limited, blockchain-based currency that serves as the core financial instrument of the ecosystem. WUT is responsible for facilitating in-game transactions such as repairing Sneaker NFTs, upgrading and leveling up Sneakers, trading Sneakers and other NFTs within the marketplace, and purchasing entry into special events or competitions. Additionally, it is used for ecosystem services like accessing advanced AI trading bot services, shopping in a virtual marketplace, integrating with decentralized finance social platforms, and potentially for payment services linked to real-world transaction.
