FAQ
What is Dual Investment?
Dual Investment helps users trade digital assets by choosing different pairs (e.g., BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT). After subscribing, users can receive stable returns in one type of cryptocurrency until successfully buying or selling the base asset.
At product settlement, if the base asset price exceeds the target price, the user will buy or sell the asset and receive settlement in the target currency. Otherwise, the user will get back the principal and returns in the same currency.
What are the advantages and risks of Dual Investment?
Advantages: 1. Helps investors buy crypto assets at lower prices or sell at higher prices. 2. Regardless of market fluctuations, investors always earn interest at settlement. 3. Investors can flexibly configure multiple dual investment portfolios according to strategy logic. For example: subscribe to multiple “Buy Low” products to execute a DCA bottom-fishing strategy; or subscribe to both “Buy Low” and “Sell High” products to execute hedging, grid strategies, and earn more returns.
Risks: 1. Before product maturity, assets used for subscription are locked and cannot be unlocked early. 2. At settlement, the invested asset may be converted into another currency due to buy low or sell high. Although the number of tokens increases, market volatility may lead to unrealized losses.
What is “Buy Low” and what is “Sell High”?
[“Buy Low” Product]: Invest USDT, earn BTC or more USDT. At product maturity, if the market settlement price is less than or equal to the target price, USDT will be automatically used to buy BTC at the target price, and interest will be settled in BTC. If the market settlement price is higher than the target price, investors keep the USDT principal and earn USDT interest. [“Sell High” Product]: Invest BTC, earn USDT or more BTC. At product maturity, if the market settlement price is greater than or equal to the target price, the BTC principal will automatically be sold at the target price and converted into USDT, and interest will be settled in USDT. If the market settlement price is lower than the target price, investors keep the BTC principal and earn BTC interest.
What is the target price?
The target price is the benchmark to determine whether the investor buys or sells crypto. For example, in a BTC-USDT (Sell High BTC) dual investment, if the BTC market settlement price is lower than the target price at maturity, no conversion will take place, and settlement will be in BTC principal and interest. If the market settlement price is higher than the target price, BTC will be sold at the target price and settled in USDT principal and interest.
When will the returns be credited after product maturity?
Usually your returns will be automatically credited to your funding account at 16:30 (UTC+8) on the maturity date. Actual repayment time may be delayed due to settlement or other factors, with a maximum delay of 24 hours. Please be patient.
